Last week we saw out the season with our very own graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievement of everyone, together with special merit given to those players recognised by their managers and fellow peers. The evening started off with a presentation of the trophies, where the clubs top goalscorer this season Brooke Davies picked up 3 out of the 13 awards, which included both manager’s and players player of the year followed by Tash Hippo who picked up 2 for best defender and manager’s player for the first team.
During the interval we played a game of bingo quiz where Wendy Lewis team came out of top to win the bottle of Prosecco which was finished in what felt like seconds :). Then the presentation of certificates, which were given to everyone who played throughout the season as a memento of our appreciate of all their hard work. Within those awards their was one the most orange player, a selfie award and many more that had us laughing in our seats. Overall it was a great evening brought together by our hosts and social secretaries, Helen King and Kate Meehan who had us amused and entrainment throughout the night. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH!
